Omega prices progressively increase!

So frustrated! After increasing my neo bank to 10,000 to buy the Omega waste disposal plant and recycling center I thought this is a good way to save space. However once I raised the 10,000 to buy a second plant, I found the price was now 20,000! I just purchased a third small control net tower for 10,800. The price now for a fourth one 32,000 neo. I could buy the deluxe control net tower for 34,000. I don't understand why the prices keep jumping after a purchase. I don't know if anyone else has noticed...
