That is strange, I have 4 Omega labs, each of them seems to produce can types in the same regular pattern 1-2-3-1-2-3… Maybe you have too many Simoleons and giving you only the small canisters is the way to decrease the ammount of Simoleons you have.
Thanks for the suggestion - but I've had a lot more simoleons before now. It's now looking more like 40 type 1s in a row!! I think it's because i bulldozed all my omega houses - even though i then built some more it is still stuck. Hey ho!
You need a certain amount of Omega RZs in your capital to get the bigger capsules. Not sure how many exactly.
- @gg8jllasfa70 you have to wait for the task in the CoM... during this task i always get only type 3... that makes it even more complicate to solve the task... but you get a lot of omega items...

Same exact issue! I bulldozed all Omega residences in Capital, and rebuilt Omegas in a region. For over a month, all capsules are only type 1, which is a waste of $7K.
