Only Getting 2 New Project Permits (RZ) at a Time, not 3
I just started playing SimCity BuildIt a few days ago, so I apologize if I have the wrong terminology here... But hopefully someone can make sense of my question:
At first I was getting 3 New Project Permits for Residential Zones at a time, and whenever I used my materials to upgrade a New Project I would get an alert in my Residential Zone menu allowing me to place a new Residential Zone. So I could always have 3 New Projects in my city at once.
I'm now at Level 10 and have about 32 established Residential Zones. But now it's only letting me have 2 New Projects at a time. In all the guides I've read for this game, it sounds like I should always be able to have 3. I've tried closing, hard-closing, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and nothing seems to fix it.
Anyone else encounter this or have any ideas for why it could be happening?
