Paris Skyscrapers
Does anyone know what the max level is to build a Paris Skyscraper? I feel like this residence needs to update more but am not getting that option.

There was a lot of community feedback over wanting to keep some of the smaller buildings from upgrading, so that your entire city would not be just skyscrapers, or you had to put up with the building hats all the time. Therefore, I believe this is EA's answer. The final buildings for Paris are smaller, to allow for a more diverse city with every building at its max level. You can tell if you are at the final level if the last upgrade was ~2000 population. I personally love it, rather than all skyscrapers everywhere.
