Hi.......were can i recived this park to my game.? I have not found it in my game but many have this park already. How much too buyit?

You cannot buy this item. It was a one time gift from EA to scattered players throughout the world. It also came with free Simcash.
Not every player received this gift. I have two cities on two different devices and both cities are well established but only one of my cities got this free Plumbo Park and Simcash.
