@Penakyna Having worked with many mayors that found themselves in extremely adverse situations, helping several find a new home I am particularly aware of certain phrases that tend to indicate certain tendency and I simply shared what it sounded like...way to familiar based on some of the horror stories I’ve heard. I accused no one of anything.

People that do are kicked off the team.“ Does it sound democratic or participative? Or perhaps authoritarian, autocratic or dictatorial are more appropriate than the term I selected. Regardless it does not matter...sometimes you try to point out nuances for new leaders so they don’t head down the wrong path.
