Yes, I mostly am referring to the yellow helmet "bubbles" but really ANY semi-permanent pop-up/bubble: yellow helmet and journal ones, specifically. E.g., I have a journal one on a fully upgraded low wealth building, and I can't bulldoze it until I finish all three achievements smh.
Maybe a "snooze" option on these would work, where the bubble would disappear for an hour or few (or at least long enough to enjoy the look of your city, or to bulldoze a useless building).
@jaynew16 thank you for clarifying that. Yes, the journal clipboard ones are also a pain. I have the war clipboard up. I don't do war so it's there forever at this point. Lol.
