Popsicle Points exchange is missing in seasonal showcase

Popsicle Points exchange is missing in seasonal showcase...is this another glitch

This is not a glitch. The Seasonal Showcase doesn't offer an option to exchange Popsicle points for Snowflake coins. You can exchange Snowflake coins for buildings in the Seasonal Showcase.

Where do I exchange Popsicles for snowflake points???

Snowflake coins can be collected in several different ways, such as completing the weekly Chicago Missions, weekly collections, special offers, and the Premium Mayor's Pass.
