Population Boost Glitch

Hello!

As you can see in the attached screenshots there is a problem with the Population Boost from Specializations.

More specifically, there is a mismatch/inconsistency between the Population Boost numbers listed above the buildings and the total Population Boost listed on the tab. Just FYI, I have double checked all my roads and everything is connected.

I've also noticed that this problem mostly occurs at higher Population Boost numbers.

I have another city and the same problem occurs there as well. So I guess it's some kind of glitch.

Please fix this as soon as possible! Thank you!
