POWER
i put windmills and it doesn't give my sims power. I also tried putting a couple beside each other and it still didn't give off power. The same with water. Does anyone know how to r solve this? If not...

Check that roads exist connecting the residences with the power and water sources. Apparently pipes and power lines go with the roads.
- Are we talking about the same game? Simcity build it for iPad. There is no option to apply power lines or pipes
