President account is stucked and need resolution after 2 support tickets.
1 month ago, I lost access to my President's account and the club became stucked. EA helped me recover the new city on a different device using a new player ID. However, they did not transfer the President rank and now I have both my inactive city and recovered city in the same club.
But the club also do not have Vice-Presidents and cannot remove members. I am begging the Seniors not to leave as there will be no one left to admit members and to activate wars on my behalf.
EA was busy refreshing their servers and when they followed up with my longstanding request this week, a new different customer agent did not read the thread thoroughly and gave a reply that reflected a previous status several weeks back.
My original request# is 648336 amd I was asked to use a new ticket number #655465 for follow-up. My questions are
1. Is there is an escalation process within customer service for my issue i.e. a more senior person i can speak with to solve my issue?
2. If you cannot help us, please introduce a hacker to hack the inactive account so that you can remove it on ethics reasons.
My club members are totally frustrated after waiting over 8 club wars and 1 month to get the right help. Many of us have spent hundreds of dollars and hundreds of hours getting the club to this stage.
Really need EA to fix this issue through a proper channel we are using.
