@alexchua1788 To resolve this issue they will need to remove your old city from the club. You will need to speak with the individual that will become the default President (most active VP or Sr. (If no VP is in place) and explain what happened and what steps need to take place.
You will need to contact technical support again and carefully explain that you appreciate their efforts to recover your city and request they remove your old city that shows as President as it can no longer be accessed. Once they remove this city the presidency will default to the individual referenced above - the new President will need to promote your new city to VP and demote any other VPs to Sr. and then leave the club and you will become the new default President.The individual who left will need to reapply to join the club and you can reposition all members back to where they were. The key to success is communicate with your club before anything happens and be succinct in your communication with technical support because misunderstandings occur due to language barriers and translations.
