Have you actually played through the tutorial? You should be able to sign back in and retrieve your old city once you do so.
Yeah, i did tutorial allready, but when i try to log on my fb account - my city is the same like in tutorial... with lvl 1 and 3 buildings...
Even if i log on another device, got that "new" city ... not my old.
