Problem with police and fire coverage

Hello,

I have got an issue with police and fire coverage:

1 some stations are not working, meaning that the houses next to them don't appear green in the coverage screen (1 small police and 1 small fire)

2 some houses are complaining about lack of coverage (and get abandoned) even if they appear green in the coverage screen and they are right next to a station (1 std fire and 1 std police)

All the stations were originally in the same area of the city, but even if I move to another place, they won't work (type 1)

I tried to build for example a new small police and substituting the "bugged" one and that one is working...

What could it be? I would like not to rebuild the costy stations !!

    There was an update yesterday in the app stores. Have you updated the game? 

    Please make sure its updated and let us know if the problem is still happening. Apparently EA is aware of this issue hence the update. Hopefully the update will work for you.

    Me too! All the services in my city are not working, the police, fire, hospital coverage are in bug, even though the houses are near them. Also, the supplies of electricity, water, garbage, all these is enough for my city, but now, it said that THEY ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR MY CITY!

    I have this problem - it is making game unplayable & extremely frustrating.

    It says I have a fire and health issue but everything is covered.

    @PogesXs This happens when houses are not connected by roads to the services, i.e. a house looks covered but fire engine cannot get there.

    Which would normally light up in Red but all of my buildings are green.

    I would try to close and restart the game - sometimes it helps.
