Problem with police coverage since update

I have similar problem on Police Stations and Fire Stations.

The coverage area is shifted and some odd places are recieving wrong influence of the services. The result is some constant complaints from my Sims about non-existance problems, i.e. falsely complaint about Grabge Dumps and Water Treatment (don't know what they are actually called, since I played in Chinese) located next to their houses (which is wrong, those buildings are located far away from being able to affect these houses).

It bo not affect the actual satisfaction of the Sims though, they still live in my city happily despite the complaints.

I tried uninstalling the game and reinstal, and restarting my phone (Galaxy Note 3), it doesn't help at all, look like the problem has already beenb saved into the Facebook-linked account.

Please help.

    My hospital is broken in the same manner. The coverage shifted from a 24x24 blanket to a 12x12 that was randomly centered on one of my residential buildings. Thinking it would fix the problem, I bulldozed the residential building. Suddenly, all of my Sims complained about "No clinics" and abandoned the city in droves. The coverage disappeared altogether. Despite having a $70,000 hospital right smack dab in the middle of my city, I have zero coverage. The heat map is blank, no green. I went from 100% happiness to 73% all because of this bug. I'm not earning my highest tax rate, lost 20,000 citizens, and I have a $70,000 Hospital that does nothing.

    I suspect this bug occurred when I started moving buildings around to rearrange my city. I would advise people to hold off on redesigning their towns until this is fixed.

    The only response i got from in game support was that this is a known issue and to wait it out.
