Problem with police coverage since update

I just updated to the most recent version and now my police stations are not covering as many residential zones even though they are clearly within the green influence areas of the stations. In fact it appears that you have actually increased the sizes of the health/fire/police influence areas. Also note that I was experiencing the same problems with the health and fire services when I first opened the game after the update, however I managed to remedy it by moving those buildings out of their original spot and then returning them to that spot and all of a sudden everything was covered again..this did not work with the police stations so it leads me to believe its a bug.

Please address this, I have been playing for weeks and my city is sizeable...I don't want to reorganize established parts nor purchase new police stations for areas which were already covered.

I'm experiencing the same problem with one police station which has no coverage.
All the other services including the other police stations have their correct coverage.

Can EA just let us know they are fixing the problems?!

The response I got from in-game support was that it is a known issue and they are fixing it. The problem is we just don't know when they plan on completing that fix and pushing it into production. Could be today, could be next month. Depends on how they prioritize it and what their release schedule looks like.

First the police and now the fire, they arent even covering the buildings directy next to them.
I moved my police station to try and fix and it wouldnt even cover itself! No police coverage at the police station.

I'm having the same issue. Has your problem been addressed? EA sucks *. I liked the game. Glad I didn't pay because their support sucks major * and donkey *.
