Rail issue - each train depot says train is at other station

I have a total of 21 stations now, none in cap city as I didn’t want to destroy what I had built. I started in frosty fjords then when I opened Sunny isle put them in there. With the 2.0 upgrade I made room in my limestone and green valley. Guess you could say I’m addicted to trains 🤣

Thanks. I added a train in the second region, probably need one in any region you have a station.

i have my trains only in my capital city. But could it be that your train is in your other Region and it either must  add passengers or the train is waiting for the order to start

Dispatch the train from the station where you loaded passengers.
