Hi @Dawnieswraps,

Try clearing your cache by opening your apps from System Settings > Google Play Store > Clear the cache and any updates. Restart your device and open Google Play Store to download the update.

You should be able to update the game correctly after that.

    I’m having the exact same problem, but with an older iPad. I cannot find a Google Play in settings to clear a cache. Any advice? I’d like to keep playing.

    I have no idea how to save it or if it’s saved. So it’s probably not. I just downloaded the app and started playing.

    @EA_Zoe Hi, thank you for replying to Dawnieswraps. Can you please share a solution for an iPad that doesn't involve deleting the app? I've been playing for nearly a year and really don't want to lose my game.
