That happened to me when I plucked up my winning from the contest and the club prizes as soon as I claimed The club suddenly I was no longer a member I ask the president why she said she thought it was me that had left felt upset thinking I had left so was every one in the club was to upset. They realised I had been flagged as a protentel hacker because I been very lucky in winning lots of contests and had over 2k platinum keys and 21k sim cash I have won sinch the contest have started. I sent a report to ea turned out wrong department gifted me 100 simcash. It turned out the apartment was the manage account one. I then noticed I could request a phone call I did that but want dead but the following day I requested a phone call this time some one there saying his name and this is the ea help line. Hello my name is ANN and say the usual sucurity as one does. Then what could they help me with. I explained about after claimed my prizes and so on not bore you with the details. After been on hold for awhile talking to the specialist on the case. And came and said they are looking at my account and my game and we'll send me an email as soon as my city is back on track, but it going to take them another 7 days be 6 days now counting yesterday. An email I got this morning they pointed out the issues and to wait until I am informed by an email that the issue we'll be solved.
Because of this not be be able to do the contest this week and I only just joined the seasons. Good job I still have 6 weeks to try get all the building and I wanted them so much, I just hope I make it. If I don't EA owes me them building there the ones who set the trap even though am a legit player and won these contests fair and square. If some one had reported me they are so wrong about me if they knew me better they know am honest. That person has japedize my progress in the season and top it all is I really wanted them beach buildings, now I am afried that with such short time left I can't afford not been promoted in each league if I fail in one of them it be a lot harder in week 8. I never been in this situation before now I am pretty worried and concerned 😳
