Re: City limit and appearance suggestions

@IanAlain0908 OMG!!! My Sims in Mountain Epics along the border would have a fit if they no longer had their view of nature. I would rather be able to use that empty space, or have mountains, ocean, an erupting volcano or if buildings, they better not clash with my design.
