So it's not worth it at all
The tasks are very difficult and  only one token after collect 9 parts 

@Ringolinmo if you are building epic only to collect those parts, probably not worth it. Though I’ve read you need 20 parts at max, so after you have 20 cheetah buildings it’ll be easier to get token. 
 

Btw, have you solved other questions you asked in other threads? “Delete a friend?” “Premium pass” “could it be use in EPIC BUILDINGS ?”

If you’re just starting out and doing EPIC building challenges, then it’s probably gonna be really tough until you have sufficient storage, simoleons, and patience. I could barely get like halfway there in the beginning, but once I got sufficiently experienced I was able to do an entire epic in about an hour. Of course this still requires massive resources.

So is it worth it? I think it is. If you’re going to do any challenges (CoM, Mayors Pass, etc), then they are essential. I almost always produce literally everything using speed up tokens (mostly silver, bronze, unless there is a fat produce task like 15 watermelons) as I have 250 EPIC buildings.

I currently only use bronze epic building
Maybe later I will have over 600 places in storage so I will have it easier
At the moment only with 275 it is not much because I have to save items of storage and expansion areas
