Hi @MeganChalm,

Please, do not worry, that's normal 🙂

  1. Play through the tutorial until the City Advisor tells you that you're on your own.
  2. Tap the Settings icon and log in with the correct account.
    • No log in buttons? You're not done with the tutorial yet, so keep going.

When asked, make sure to select your previous progress, you don't want to overwrite your old city! 😉

    Please help! 

    This is not a solution. My kids have been working very hard on their games to join my club and compete in wars. Now, their games have been deleted from their tablets without any input from them or me. Without having any login information ever applied to their games, HOW on Earth am I supposed to log them back in??? And don't tell me they need a Facebook account, because that's absurd and I'm not opening a Facebook account for two minors just so they can play your game. Tell me there's a viable solution to this glitch, please.
