I have opened a ticket at zendesk before raising the topic, but haven't received a reply from zendsk.
I love this game and played more than 5 years(I started playing on ipad, now I also play on android). Hope it can be resolved eventually, because I struggled for several days for this first prize😢.

Wow! That's a close finish. On the first screenshot is the time remaining 3 hours or 3 minutes? Either way, might it be possible that the player pictured in second place bumped you out of first at the last minute? I've had this happen to me plenty of times over the years.

Yep, it`s very close, maybe you are right, the second bumped me out. The time remainming 3h3m means the countdown to the next competition(Sorry I didn`t find the language option in the game, but worked when I change my phone language, Please refer to my screenshot below). Even if I was second, I didn't receive any prize😂.
But I doubt if my operation triggered an bug. I kept refreshing the score page before the end of the competition. When the last moment came, my screen popped up with a prompt saying that I was at the Neighborhood League level. When I opened the score page again. Back to normal, I was in the Megalopolis League again . But until now I haven't received a gift.

Okay, I see now. You just took screenshots now before next contest is beginning, not before last contest ended. My mistake entirely.
