Re: facebook disabling embedded browser login

Hello,

There was this Facebook blog post here that said they are no longer accepting android embedded browsers for security reasons. The message says you may be able to continue by updating the app so if you have an update available that might be able to fix it. Otherwise I would contact the support team.

You can contact the support team by going to settings, then help, then contact us. This will take you to the support site where you can explain your issue in greater detail. You will likely need your player ID which you can find by going to settings, then help, and your player ID will be at the bottom.

Hopefully they can get this sorted out.

EA has already said it is Facebook issue and nothing we can do. No update available.
This is unacceptable, EA needs to update game to not trigger this block.

Hello,
If the SimCity Buildit Support Team cannot do anything about this issue, have you tried contacting facebook’s support team to try and fix it. Maybe they can offer some troubleshooting steps to help you get logged in.

Yes, they put it back on game creators, said they were given ample notice (as the blog indicates) to update.
