I was able to use my free open new area in a different region just not in my main city.
I have one slot left on my my main city but whenever I try to expand, th game shuts down.

I received a free “expand city area” from the mayors pass. When I try to use it the game crashes and kicks me out. I can’t figure out how to report the problem to EA. Am I supposed to just stop expanding my regions from now on?

I have encountered a bug in the game. I collected an expand city area token. I have tried to use it to claim the last square on my capital city. However the game crashes to desktop. Who can I tell this has happened and get it fixed.

EAGames have supplied me with a case number and a list of configuration details they require. However the email that the case advisor used is a no reply address. No other link in the email is useful for providing the required information. I went to the case via their case interface, but the only option was to close the case.
HOW DO I PROVIDE EAGAMES WITH THE INFORMATION THEY REQUIRE?
As an aside I don’t believe providing them with that level of detail will move the case forward, as the problem is so widespread that it is not necessary to provide that level of detail.
As a reminder the problem is “trying to expand the last city area causes a crash”. This problem exists on both city and regional areas. Many people have this issue.
