Hi @2059710239 - You are correct that a child account can't back up their game to Googe Play, or use any of the social media options.  In most countries, the adult account age is set to 13. Check the age for your country:  Age Requirements for Online Access  

If the age on your account is correct, it should automatically offer you the ability to age up to an adult account.  See https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/aging-up-an-origin-account-to-an-adult-account/ for more details. 

If you set up your account incorrectly, you will need to contact EA at https://help.ea.com/en/ They should be able to help you get it straightened out. They will probably ask for some proof of age.
