Hey there, @Tapalpa. I sincerely apologize for the wait and for not getting back to you sooner.

In this case, it may be good for SimCity BuildIt support to take a look at the account in question to make sure there's no issues on it. You can have this thread ready if you'd like to give support context for the issue.

To contact support:

  • From within SimCity BuildIt, tap the Settings icon
  • Tap Help and take note of the Player ID
  • Tap Contact Us

They will be able to look into the details of the Player ID you submit. Please let me know how it goes for you.

    Thank you for your response.

    However, I don't quite understand whether I am not being clear or support simply does not pay attention to details. As I've mentioned already, I cannot get into my city. How can I be expected to even get the Player ID if I CANNOT LOG IN? Player IDs change from city to city, meaning if I were to use a new one to contact them, it would be pointless, as the provided ID would not be MY LOST ID. Either way, I have already contacted support, through a user with a similar issue on a different forum. It is surprising to receive better information support in a completely unrelated place. Regardless, the Player ID is impossible to get. But thanks for the effort.

    Hey there, @Tapalpa.

    I apologize as I missed the point of the game you mentioned you weren't able to get in. You can also reach out to support using EA Help, just let them know that you're unable to request support from the account in question, or obtain the Player ID, as you're unable to log in.

    To contact EA Help:

    • Go to https://help.ea.com
    • Click "Contact Us"
    • Select SImCity BuildIt from the game list
    • Select Android
    • Select Manage my account > Can't log in
    • Click Select contact option

  • @Tapalpa Now, after six months, you have got a direction where you can make a question and wait for 6 months to have answer that gives you a new address where to write for a new question that wiil have ans answer after 6 m.... bla bla bla

    Hi @Tapalpa,

    I believe the crashing/loading issues this time around is more than likely caused by the update on the 10th of December (see this thread). This is something the Studio will need to patch to fix and they are working on fixing it. We'll be updating that thread with news/information as soon as we can so do keep an eye on it please. If you'd like to join in, please update that thread so we can keep all information together. I can lock this thread in the meantime.
