I have the same issue as a number of ppl on here I’m lvl17 with 70,000 population and I still cannot access the Glode Trade Market. I see that this seems to be a issue with many players. I will just bin the game if there is no solution soon and receive no comment. The message I get is the same as other, “This feature is not available to you at this time”.

If you have not done so already, you may wish to contact technical support through the in game help section. They will assign a ticket and should have the issue resolved in a couple of days. Good luck.

To report an issue and have a ticket assigned you will need to go into settings within the game (it’s the crossed wrench & screwdriver in the upper left under your city rank) and click on help and then hit contact us and define your problem and they will assign a ticket and you should receive confirmation. Normally within 3 to 5 business days they will address your issue (based on the backlog.

I am lvl 18 with 101000 population but I still can’t get global trade hq, is the age you put in changing it? I already sent an email to ea but nothing has changed. Help plz
