so perhaps there’s more to this story...I made a point not to respond yesterday but after reading the prior exchange I believe some clarification is in order. It took all of 2 minutes to gain a clear understanding of what happened and why EA took the appropriate action. @Duckups remember she’s only been playing for one year and you’ve been playing like forever...don’t get caught up on the war cards. The simple fact was she doubled the level of the shield buster which is an immediate red flag (unless you go from 1 to 2) and considering she was not participating in the war (as was shared) it warranted an investigation and ultimately the course of action taken. To understand what was actually happening simply read the explanation on the attachment - playing with family to support main in war games; stay at level 26 based on advice of surrounding area; she’s not good at town planning, family does not like town planning - it makes it very clear what was going on and serves to support EA’s conclusion.

@pcrnroo3 - It seems that this was a thorough investigation, and as EA has said, there will be no more consideration for restoring the account. As stated by them, your daughter will need to start a new city. Make sure you're (all) using the official app, too. "So please uninstall and reinstall the game, ensure that you install a version from a legitimate source, and start over using a brand-new social connection." Depending on your daughter's age, you may wish to review the age restrictions for mobile accounts & the age requirements for online access as well.

@pcrnroo3 Thank you for your response. I understand your frustration and your daughter’s disappointment and I hope something positive can come from this situation. Your method of gameplay is an at risk approach as you shared with @roccodonovan8 when you explained how you were so successful In CoM. Perhaps you and your family should reconsider your position on town development, there is wonderful opportunity for your daughter to gain valuable experience in planning, decision making, managing, budgeting, etc. to assist her in the future through simply building a robust and thriving city the right way. I wish good luck in the future.

We have discussed and cross-checked with our expert's and they have positively confirmed to us that she has used an unethical way to raise the level of the disaster card, after which the city was moved to naught island.
We cannot ignore this kind of nature within the game and as such we cannot move her city back to normal server.
All we can advise you now is to uninstall and reinstall the game, ensure that you install a version from a legitimate source, and start over using a brand-new social connection as we would not be able to lift the ban from this city.
Had there was any possible way to help you with your request we would definitely have helped you with it.

It is still banned, but it seems to be resolved.
When an acquaintance contacted EA, it seems that EA answered that the card fraud was a misunderstanding.
I have not been contacted. However, since the problem seems to be resolved, I reported the situation.
@pcrnroo3I didn't read it all but it still seems a lot of people don't understand one gets banned for either winning too much or using that won simcash. I have witnessed multiple cases. No cheating for certain as some has got back to normal servers.
People saying winning continuously is somehow hard have no clue what they are talking about.
I know low level peeps who win every time. I'm at lvl99 and have won more times then I remember at this lvl even I haven't been there so long.
In all I have won few hundred thousand of simcash in all my time if I have to guess.
Edit. Don't know the facts so not taking any side on this case.
PS just getting legendary chest every week gives one 6240 simcash a year and if one does his/her share the clubs aren't hard to find.
