The more buildings, the higher the demand for energy,water,sewage,waste. In short every time you add more buildings, the more you will have to increase your utility service.

For example, my Capacity is 1400 at the moment and my demand is 1395 for energy. If I build anymore, I will have to add more utilities…..again. Hope this helps.
