Well, you cannot actually, not for real. The rewards in the mansion are few, very small, and take long to get (you will need sometimes to work months to get some pity 10 sim-dollars). Before now you could get quite some nice sim-cash from watching ads, but once you reach the level of COM (which is 17th, I think) they stop giving the greens away. Now you can only buy the sim-cash for real money 🙂

You can still get sim cash by watching ads past level 17. I'm at level 65 and I still get sim cash from watching ads.
