@BenjorzMy first thought was that someone with privileges removed you but if you are in the club then go to the war map and you are not beats me sorry 😞
Raise a ticket with customer services and see if they can resolve your issue

Are you at level 18 or above? You need to be that to war

Hiya, yes I am. It’s literally happened again …. Went to chat and it came up with you have left the club… will try help again but they keep saying there is nothing wrong only suggestion was to load the game onto a different device …. 

@BenjorzIf a president or a VP removes you from the club, all you will see is that you have left the club.
Maybe your stats are not as high as they are looking for?

For example, you might be active enough in COM but have a poor average war score.

I see this all the time in my club with people wanting to join, an average war score of 3500 points is of very little use to a club in the mid to higher levels of A7 🤣

Have ya ever tried to start your own club and then the algorithm boots ya?

Hiya, I haven't tried that yet but I will.  Trouble is I need to get a few into the club to test the theory of whether I can stay in long enough to participate in War and Mayors Challenge. It just makes no sense - I can join requirements are always valid, I can message on the chat, see the war map and Mayors challenge and then the next time I try to view any of them again i am still in the club but the war map says I need to join one (even though I am in one) Then if I click on chat again or anything within the team its says "Goodbye" you have left the club.  I played a few years back was a a member of a club for ages and then took a break and deleted my city.  Restarted with a new city a few months back and not been able to remain in a club since due to this issue. 

Hiya, Its bugging me too but thank you for reaching out as Nope I am no closer to a resolution.  I even did as suggested and created my own club and I did a couple of tasks in the Mayors Challenge which showed the Plumbob points I had earned but when I clicked back in the points were gone and then it said "You have left the Mayors Club" so I am now at a complete loss.  The only thing that sprang to mind which I did sort a while back is that my EA account age is too low but  did provide them with my Driving Licence etc to prove I am an oldie so apart from that I have no other clue.  I also downloaded the game onto my phone to see if using another device made a difference which is what they suggested but still NO.  Its frustrating as I am not getting the benefits from being able to participate in Mayors Challenge as part of a Club or take part in any war.  Am Still Stuck ☹️

Can I ask what lvl are you as to join a club you have to be lvl 18 or higher to join one, also some war clubs require you be a certain lvl in war rank.
