As feeder cities / satellite cities are illegal per EA regardless of what you read on the internet it is a moot point. I may be the only person communicating this in the forum but that was the response I received from EA when I pressed the issue and I wish they would take a moment to confirm it. Honest players are getting misinformation and it’s just not right.

You can however play multiple cities independent of each other and I believe you can use the same device if you save one on Game Center and one on Facebook. Remember, feeder cities are just as much cheating as hacking is...will you get caught, probably not, but morally it’s wrong.

If you doubt what I’m saying, go to the in game help section and ask the question - they will want you to explain what you mean so they can consult with the legal team for the appropriate response.
