I believe each regional storage gives 20 storage for a total of 800 year-round storage.

I just checked it is 20 storage per regional. (See file)

On a side note the absolute maximum storage you can have is 865 including temporary storage.

700 - City Storage Items

100 - Regional Storage

Temporary

5 - Vu Pass Premium 1

5 - Vu Pass Premium 2

10 - Vu Pass Premium 3

35 - Premium Mayor’s Pass

10 - Free Mayor’s Pass

You can also see this chart here which shows the amount of items required for each upgrade to storage.

But I agree no amount of storage is enough
