Re-installing the game

I have deleted and then downloaded  Simcity Buildit application. In the past this worked nicely to remove any issues. This time after downloading the game,  I get only a window informing me I have to...

Go to your settings and if you’re on iPad go to iPad storage and reinstall the game, if you’re on an iPhone I’m not sure

    I assure you , this has been done..the connectivity problem keeps coming back. Hence the issue.
