@sg7aphazexh3 This, unfortunately is very common with EA games. You get these items in abundance and see them all the time at the beginning but once you level up and are hooked into the game suddenly you can never find these again. My city is currently a level 56 and I very much enjoy building in my regions. I am very fortunate that I am in a club with 3 level 80+ cities who always have the items I need. As PinnacleValley said, the game seems to rain these items down on you once you’re completely expanded. There is no easy way to solve this problem without throwing a lot of money into the game, which I refuse to do.
