Are you referring to the audio or the text settings?
Audio is Simlish, the Sims language, and cannot be changed but you can change the text settings. By default the game is installed in the language of the device though. To change back the text to English simply change the language of your device to English. Where are you travelling ?

could you please add Hungarian Language to SimCity Build it? Like Text Translation
I tried to install this game for my grandma on her phone, she really likes the game. But it got automatically set to English, her phone is, obviously, also on Hungarian.

The SimCity game is in Chinese. I have set the game systems default language to English but SimCity is still all in Chinese which I cannot read and does no good whatsoever.
