Re: Loading + Crashing issues since Christmas factory - Update 1.30.2

Mine is crashing too on the start up screen. I actually uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and connected to GameCenter to get my saved city. It got scary there for a minute. And after I did that it loaded my city and said “installing update” on the start up screen and crashed again. It won’t stop crashing. Please fix this EA! 

I put Santa’s Workshop in Green Valley and loaded up its queue. Then I went to another region. Every time I switch back to Green Valley the screen locks up when the view moves enough to reveal the Workshop. It seems that the game locks up whenever it tries to draw the Workshop. Restarting the app opens in another region and everything there is fine. I was even able to sneak up on the Workshop from behind tall buildings and collect the ball it had generated, then bounce to another region. But as soon as the Workshop ever starts being drawn the interface locks up.

Using first gen iPad Pro, iOS 13.1.3

Looks like they may have patched the update? It still crashes when the Workshop appears onscreen but not all the time - about every 10 minutes or so.

yep latest update has crashed my simcity,gets to start screen and dies wonderful

Game has been stable during the last 8-10 hours, from what I can tell. 

Simple Questions:

- Are you testing your updates on every platforms, before putting them at your Client Availability?

- I installed SimCity Buildit Update 1.30.2 Days Ago, And Every times, it crash after the loading complete itself. .???

- I’m myself a Software engineer. I know the routine. WHAT TAKE YOU SO LONG TO PRODUCE A BUG FIX???

- I’m playing this game for more then 5 Years now, With a Wonderful Stable Mayor’s Club. We all feel abandoned here...

- Many Of us SPENT A LOT OF REAL MONEY ON BONUS OFFERS. ARE YOU GOING TO COMPENSATE US FOR THE DISAGREEMENTS???

- Please Give Us Daily Updates on your Progress!!!

- AND HOW LONG WE’LL HAVE TO WAIT FOR A NEW UPDATE? BUG FIX? PATCH? WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT???

- I’M CURRENTLY VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THE WAY YOU ARE MANAGING THIS ISSUE.

Sorry about the tone, but I know it reflects the feelings of a majority of Loyal Players.

I’m Now Expecting a Quick Solution, And a Daily Reports on your Progress.

It's amazing how far there is no response from the company about bugs and player difficulties after the December update.

Two days, and still stable on an original iPad running iOS 13.1.3

Same with my game. Suddenly, with new Christmas scene my game tries to start, orange bar slowly moves across, briefly shows main city and crashes. I have not had any crashing issues previously. I was wondering if uninstalling and reinstalling game would work. Apparently others have tried this with no success. Need a solution here! I would like to get back to my club and wars. Like most others I have spent a lot of good money on this game.

New update keeps crashing my game . I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Fix my game pleae. Can we speak with someone as I sent request by email and have yet to receive an email in return. Your support sucks. I have not had access since new update.

Agree. Either fix or give me back my money. This EA is the worst . 

NO replies from EA about this issue not even a Sorry we know about it.....very annoying im out  5 days now would be nice for one word from the support team

I uninstalled and installed again also... with no luck.  

You would think they would have a fix by now tho!
