This issue seems very similar to the post made earlier here so hopefully the same advice will work. Close all apps before installing SimCity Buildit and make sure you have a good amount of storage space available. If this doesn’t work I would recommend waiting until someone who knows more about these types of issues than I do replies or you can send a ticket to the support team and hopefully they can fix it for you.

If it didn’t solve it you can send a support ticket to EA by going to settings, then help, then contact us. Hopefully they can sort this issue out.
