Re: Probem with saved city - just dissapired!

Well if you connect through Facebook, game center or google play, try uninstalling the app, restart your device, reinstall the app, play through the tutorial and see if your town comes up. Other then that, you will need to contact support. Players can only help so far until support needs to be contacted. 

I've done all that you guyz say, but nothing.

My friends see 2 cities ... My main - lvl 45 and lvl 1 ... with the same name.  It's seem that older city was replaced with that one from tutorial... 

So ... it's possible to delete that new one, so my main will return ? Any  ideas?

The same thing happened to me, and I was at level 34, but I was able to get it fixed!  If you did the troubleshooting and it didn't work. Contact customer support and ask to have one of their "experts" email you. They will have to manually restore your city using their server, but they can do it.
