Game Bug

Hi all-
Since last week when a war ends I go to collect reward, it shows the victor and skips the medals and goes to reward chest. It does not allow me to click to collect.  I can’t do anything.  I close the game and it functions normally unless I go to collect reward.  
I have updated the iPad, restarted the iPad and nothing changes.  If a team member starts a war, then it works.  But my president wants me to be able to start wars as a VP but I’m stuck with it not working.  

Any ideas?
