To restart on the iPhone, simply erase the game from the phone. That clears all the data. Then re download

- No it won't it will only remove it locally. If you backed up youre save to FB,gamecenter or google play that save is permanent.
So starting a new game wil only last if you play off-line. As soon as you log into FB or what else you use it wil overwrite the newone with the old.
