Thanks for the friendly reminder...I still haven’t quite figured out where identifying a vague name which is subject to immediate change is such a great risk for the legal department - I know it’s a rule and I adhere to it. But I would believe a better use of resources would be to communicate with your customers and explain exactly what’s being done to address the real risk factors...you know the one that causes folks legitimate concerns. Simply let us know what’s actually being done to address hackers and cheaters without using specific names...if nothing is taking place that’s okay because at least 75% of the folks already believe that. The word of the day is perception and the assigned task is managing it...if you would be so kind to relay that to the appropriate powers to be would be most appreciated. Thanks.
