Re: Server timed out

Hi @dark-galilioo - The message "Server Time Out" means that your phone couldn't reach the game server for some reason. This could have been due to technical reasons on the server side (last week, many of EA's servers were experiencing outages and overloads that caused this error). It can also happen when there is something from your side blocking access to the servers. 

If it's still happening, check your connection. If you're using wifi, try changing to 3G/4G to see if it's something on your wifi network or if you're on cellular data, try a wifi connection. Sometimes rebooting a wifi router will help, too. 

Make sure your phone is not doing any other data-intensive things in the background, like automatically updating apps or downloading security updates in the background.
