why can't I destroy an "Epic Building" still under construction ? why do I have to wait another 6, 12 or 18 hours ? I plan to destroy it anyway at the end of that time so why not provide a means to merely expire the timer - I can do the destruction myself after that. I can destroy Residential, Parisian, London, Tokyo and OMEGA zones still under construction, so why not Epic as well ?
