Have you selected either Facebook or Google Play as backup sources? If so try logging into both then start SCBI.

The other thing you might try is setting up on another device, borrowed if necessary but make sure the device itself is set to the same account/owner/profile as on your original device when you instal SCBI. If you get in OK grab your User ID from [Tools] [Help]. Then back up that device game to FB or Google, close, and if it's not your device... uninstall and delete your profile.

If that doesn't work or you're unable to source another device, wait for a pixie from EA to decode the error message and give a reply to this thread. You could try help.ea.com but I've not used that before. Obviously you'll have identify yourself with just your email address if you can't login and get your 'user ID'. There might be a better way of getting their attention than those but I don't know it.

    Followed the steps on my old device 

    - reset device

    - scbi installed 

    .. when trying to log thru game center it gives the same error code … when trying Facebook log and apple id. Also gives same error code !

    Logged in using apple id successfully , and at last, it asked me to choose my saved game , once agreed it showed me a connection timed out error (error snap attached) , tried many times using wifi and cellular data with no solution

    Dont know if it helps, i sometimes have the same problem with my old ipad, when i close all other programs it works, but also logging on facebook fails sometimes, i have fiber 1gb internet and sometimes it tells me i do not have a connection. Unfortunatelly sc does not always give you the right error message. Best results for me, is stop all running tasks, or reboot the device, and try with only internet and sc. Try to even skip vpn if you use that.

    I have been playing well for so many days but for the past two days I have not been able to enter the game and whenever I enter the game, the coding is working but it has been stuck at this coding place for 10 minutes and it is not entering the game at all.
