If you want to transfer your city from one device to another but your Facebook account already has a city you don’t want saved to it you can still back up your current city to a new Facebook account and then login on the new device with your new Facebook account. 
 

Also, if the new device is the same OS as your old device (Both Apple or both android) you could back up your city through Game Center/Sign in with Apple or Google Play and then sign in with that instead.

    I don’t think Kindle has access to Google Play. If you want to back up a city on Kindle you have to do it through Facebook. Since you said your Facebook account already has an old city linked to it I recommend you create a new Facebook account and link your city to the new Facebook account. Then on the new device, after the tutorial, login to the new Facebook account and you should be able to continue playing with your current city.

    @hotdog9wiki I played the FB game and created a new account, uploaded my current game. On the new device, tho, ran into a roadblock. Went through the tutorial then clicked connect to FB. It says i previously logged in to a CimCity Buildit with Facebook would you like to continue? For others trying this, I downloaded the FB app on the Kindle and logged in with my new account. SUCCESS!! I went back to BuildIt and there was my NEW city with all my levels and cool stuff. THANKS so much for your help!!
