What's going on with this? This is all I've had for days!!!

Also with that Panini Premier League ad and the Give Blood ad too. Please sort this ASAP. The game is slow enough with the ad rewards, without them it's just tedious. ☹️

I have been in conversation with eahelp for days now over this Garnier ad. Also had same issue with previous Donate Blood ad and Panini ad. Tried their advice:

• Reboot phone
• Restart wifi
• Clear cache

blah blah. None of this has worked. One of the support guys suggested that the issue is with the ad supplier and as such its not EA's problem. I asked who the ad supplier is, how can i find out who they are, or how can i contact them. I just get the stock response of links to EA Help pages; reboot phone, restart wifi, etc, etc.

The issue, i think, is with the personalised advertising consent. I had originally managed the consent and turned off many personalization and tracking options. I dont know how to change these settings without uninstalling and reinstalling the game. When i restarted i then was able to reluctantly accept all of their advertising personalisation recommendations and consents as i dont know which specific consents trigger the issue. If anyone knows let me know.

BEFORE YOU UNINSTALL THE GAME YOU MUST SAVE TO YOUR CHOSEN CLOUD SERVICE (if you are not automatically doing so already). Like Facebook, Google Play or whatever. Follow instructions here on how to uninstall and then restart your game. When the game restarts you end up with a blank city (gave me a heart attack!) but then you go to settings and your saved game should be there ready to load up: https://help.ea.com/en/help/simcity/simcity-buildit/save-your-city-and-progress-in-simcity-buildit/

I have already contacted customer services who say they have no control of what is advertised??????? 😖🤣😖🤣😖Ànd its the developers of the advert who control how it works

It's fixed here but I am hearing from friends and teammates that they are having the same issue that I was, from what I can gather it's prevalent on Andriod 13 based devices,  no issues with it on 8.

I don't think there is anything the end user can do about it - I think the issue is due to some error coming from the developer's end of things.

My city a level 99 but newly installed on a new tablet that I had bought recently.

Lots of issues with A14 :-(

How about you sort out the Garnier speed up advert? Either fix it so it goes through to completion or take it off, because if you can't complete it then there's no point!

• Yhis is so awful! I have no ability to get rewards from in game ads all week. It’s only the garnier advert and it never completes. I have mentioned it to chat twice and still nothing.
• in unable to get the daily reward. Get factory items, nothings that relies on ads. So frustrating!
