The best way to complain to apple or google so they return the money or remove the game from the board due to scam purpose!!!!
It works sometimes!!!!!!

Same here. Before the update there were ZERO road upgrades waiting then... I had over £600k sitting there, over 1 million population, then a whole load of yellow roads with a few red.
I now have £3k as I just KNEW that EA was going to hit me again and again with the road upgrades.
Grrr.

EA effectively confiscated 600K from you without warning (or consent). This is astonishingly arrogant and ill-conceived in my opinion.
