This now seems like a serious head start for those that have trains already. They can already star to accrue parts and Rail Sims.

Not quite, what if you need 8 bolts for one building, and the enemy shielded you with 16 buildings? They changed the amount of items a day to 10, this is no solution, its continuing the drama. All you can do is use 16 architects. This is a huge break to a war! For some parts in a game you cant even use architects. Pff begining to question the game knowledge of the developers.
